At Winner Furniture we're dedicated to making sure you have an excellent shopping experience. The following information should answer most of your questions about our stores. However, we always look forward to talking to you so please contact us anytime.


What are your customer service hours and phone number?

Does Winner charge for delivery?

Prices at Winner Furniture are the cheapest around - guaranteed. We don't hike them up to include any delivery or logistics costs. We use our internal fleet of trucks and our delivery prices only cover our labor and fuel charges to get the furniture to your home or office. We'll also set up your new furniture in your home and haul away the packaging material.

Can I get my furniture the same day as my purchase?

Winner is committed to getting you your furniture as quickly as possible. In most instances, we even get it into your house the same day as your purchase. Although we can't guarantee a specific delivery time, our delivery team will work closely with you to arrive during the most convenient timeframe possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of your scheduled delivery, you can type in your Sales Order # or your phone # on our delivery tracker below and see the status of you delivery.

If your order is not scheduled yet, call us anytime and we'll be happy to track your order for you. Even though we can provide you with typical arrival times of special-order furniture, we cannot guarantee any specific timeframe. We work closely with manufacturers and trucking companies to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, but there are often factors out of our control that slow down orders such as backordered product and shipping delays.

Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?

Yes. You will always know when your furniture will arrive. Our warehouse personnel will contact you before the day of your scheduled delivery to make sure someone 18 years or older will be home and to give you a timeframe.

Can I change my delivery time or date?

Yes. Winner is here to serve you. Just give us a call and we'll find a more convenient time to deliver your furniture.  The delivery department can be reached at 502.774.8800.

What if my merchandise is delivered damaged?

While we do our best to make sure this doesn't happen, please understand that furniture is bulky and relatively difficult to transport. Despite careful attention to your product's handling, damages may still occur on rare occasions. Please always check all of your merchandise upon delivery and inform our delivery drivers of any damage and note it on your delivery ticket. Please report damages to our Customer Service team here within 1 day of delivery as well, click here for our form. If there is a problem, we'll work to fix it as soon as possible by repairing or replacing it. 

Will you help me setup my furniture?

Yes. We will always go the extra mile to serve you. Winner will deliver your furniture from our truck to the inside of your home and then set it up for you in the specified location.

Can I pick up my furniture?

Yes, customer pickup is available from our central warehouse.  Please check it carefully before leaving as we cannot be responsible for any damages after you leave with it.



Does Winner offer financing?

Yes. We make buying easy, regardless of your credit. Good credit, bad credit, no credit...at Winner we'll find a way to get the merchandise to your home. Our financing plans make it easy.

What forms of payment does Winner accept?

Winner accepts cash, check, money order, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.



What is your cancellation policy?

If you change your mind once you place your order, you may cancel your order up until the time it is placed on the delivery truck. Once loaded, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated like a return. When an order is cancelled you will be entitled to a store credit in the same amount as your purchase. No refunds are possible.

Can I return my merchandise once delivered?

Unfortunately, there are no returns possible.  The factories do not accept returns ever.  We do not sell used furniture.  Please make sure to measure your room and doorways prior to purchase.  This is how we are able to keep our prices so low!

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

Yes. We only sell name brand furniture that comes with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. If you have a problem with your furniture, we'll help you with getting your furniture repaired or replaced as specified by the warranty. Items sold without a warranty include: accessories, furniture sold "as is" off one of our showroom floors, and bedding comforters. Winner Furniture also offers 5-year premium protection plans that allow you to live "worry-free" with your furniture, as well as extends your manufacturer warranty to a total of 5 years. Any kind of accident such as rips, tears or stains are covered and if your furniture can't be professionally repaired, it will be replaced. Ask your salesperson how we guarantee you'll get your money's worth!
